What counts
What you are actually paying for.

What counts as a page.
One PDF page or one photo, counted when Takarda AI reads it. A one-page invoice uses one page. Reading again after you change a field list (up to three times a day for each file) and every reviewer or viewer use no pages. A page that fails to read is given back.

Your team is free.
Members are unlimited on every plan. You pay for the pages, not the people.

Going over.
Past your allowance, new uploads wait until next month, or until you buy a pack of 100 pages for ₦12,000 on Starter or Pro. Your files stay open, and you can still review and download them. Free has no packs: upgrade, or wait. Pages renew each month and do not roll over, and a pack lasts until the month ends. Above 750 pages a month, Pro costs less than Starter with packs.

Naira and VAT.
Prices are in naira and exclude VAT of 7.5%, so Starter is ₦32,250 with VAT, Pro is ₦107,500 and a pack of 100 pages is ₦12,900. Dollar amounts are a guide only. Plans run month to month.

Business contract.
From ₦350,000 a month, quoted from your volume. It comes with set-up of your field lists, product list and download files by us, and an invoice you can pay by bank transfer.

Before you choose.
Do I pay for my team?
No. Members are unlimited on every plan, and reviewers and people who only look use no pages.
What does the Free plan include?
30 pages a month with every field list: a box for every value, warnings, corrections and every download. Move up when you need more pages.
What about a very large document or batch?
Each file can have up to 100 pages and be up to 20 MB. Split a longer document into parts. A batch uses one page for each page in it.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Plans run month to month.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your plan ends when the month you paid for ends, and you can still open and download your confirmed files after that. You can ask for your data back, or for it to be deleted. The privacy notice sets out your rights.
Why are prices in naira?
Prices are set in naira, because that is what you earn and pay in. The dollar figure beside each price is a guide only.
